James Kiggens

Jim brings with him a wealth of experience. As an accomplished Chief Product Officer with expertise in immersive game-based learning and simulation production, Jim has been at the forefront of innovation in the industry. He most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at Immersive Health Group, LLC, where he drives product innovation and execution.

Throughout his career, Jim has held leadership roles, including CEO of inciteVR Inc., where he led strategic initiatives that resulted in a successful acquisition.

With 33 years of experience in production and publishing as a Serious Game and Simulation Producer/Developer, along with 8 years in VR/AI production, Jim is a seasoned professional in the field. His background includes proficiency as a Unity Game Developer and Trainer, as well as certifications in Agile development methodologies and various industry-standard software.

Jim’s academic experience is equally impressive, having held faculty administrative positions at prestigious institutions where he directed serious game design institutes, managed game and simulation programs, and led multimedia departments.

His contributions to online instruction and program development have been instrumental in supporting Accredited Degree programs delivered entirely online since 2001. Additionally, his success in grant writing and project management has secured substantial funding for educational initiatives.
