Steven Yee

Steven Yee is an adjunct faculty member in Business Administration and currently serves as Faculty Senate President at the University of Silicon Valley. With a passion for the intersection of work, technology, education, community, globalization, and the environment, Steven actively engages in solving meaningful business and social impact challenges.

He is a seasoned Human Resources professional, holding senior certifications from both the HR Certification Institute (SPHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). Steven has held leadership, management, consulting, and contributor roles across multiple industries, including positions at HR.com, Mineral, Monster, and Kaiser Permanente.

His strategic guidance has helped organizations improve their value creation while advancing their impact as contributors to the global community. Steven is also deeply committed to service, having held executive and board roles with nonprofit organizations such as DigitalLift, the Next Concept HR Association, the National Association of Asian American Professionals, the National Diversity Council, and Habitat for Humanity.

Steven holds an MA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Silicon Valley and a BA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
