About Kristina Rogers
General Education
Kristina Rogers brings nearly five years of undergraduate teaching experience and over a decade of expertise in designing impactful eLearning solutions to her role as a General Education Adjunct Professor at the University of Silicon Valley. Her background spans industries such as aviation, technology, finance, and healthcare, where she has created engaging learning experiences that empower adult learners to safely practice and apply new skills in real-world scenarios.
Kristina is passionate about learning and development, communication, and instructional design. In addition to her teaching and design work, she has held leadership roles in the professional community, including serving two years as Vice President of Communications for ATD Fort Worth / Mid-Cities. She is also an active conference speaker, having presented at events hosted by ATD, Training Magazine, iDTX, and eLID.
Kristina holds a B.A. in English: Creative Writing from Southern Methodist University, a Certificate in Technical Writing from the University of Texas at Arlington, an M.A. in Communication Management from the University of Southern California, and a MicroMasters Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from the University System of Maryland.
