About Heath Grant
Digital Art & Animation
Heath Grant is an Adjunct Professor in the Digital Arts and Animation department at the University of Silicon Valley. With years of experience as an independent artist working in animation, modeling, storyboarding, 2D and 3D Design, story development and production management, he now focuses on mentoring the next generation of digital creatives.
For over a decade, he has taught 3D Graphics and Animation at the high school level, where his program has produced multiple internationally award-winning short films, including several recognized as the best high school animated short in the world. Heath is dedicated to helping students reach their artistic and professional goals, creating a new generation of industry leaders and trendsetters.
Heath holds a B.A. from Cogswell Polytechnical College and Teaching Credentials from the California State University Stanislaus and the Teachers College of San Joaquin in the subjects of Art and Career Technical Education.
