Alyson Mike, Ed.D., is Curriculum Development Director at the University of Silicon Valley and a highly accomplished instructional design and curriculum development professional. With a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences, she specializes in adult learning theory, instructional design, learning management systems, and digital education.

Alyson has a proven track record of success leading program strategy, developing online curricula, training faculty, and implementing enterprise-wide learning solutions. Her industry experience includes serving in key roles for organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, Salesforce, Presidio Graduate School, Singularity University, and New Teacher Center.

In addition to her professional work, Alyson is committed to her community. She serves on the boards of the Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary and the Beartooth Humane Alliance. A Montana native and lifelong educator, she was previously recognized as Montana State Teacher of the Year, reflecting her dedication to advancing education at every level.
