As Director of Human Resources at the University of Silicon Valley, Leslie serves as a member of the Executive Team, driving initiatives that align people strategies with institutional goals.

Known for her leadership, Leslie has built inclusive workplace cultures that foster collaboration, engagement, and professional growth. Her expertise spans employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR operations.

Throughout her career, Leslie has been recognized for transforming underperforming departments into high-functioning teams, improving employee satisfaction, and implementing scalable HR systems that support organizational growth. Passionate about people and progress, she is dedicated to developing leaders, strengthening culture, and creating environments where every employee can thrive.

Leslie holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s Business Innovation from the University of Silicon Valley. She is also a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
