Evan Skolnick has over 25 years of combined story and game development experience at world-class entertainment companies such as Marvel, Activision and Lucasfilm.

An active game writer and international speaker, he has imparted knowledge to over a thousand working game development professionals. Mr. Skolnick has also served as a writer or narrative designer on top-selling games such as Cuphead, Star Wars: Battlefront, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, Mafia III, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, and many others.

He is the author of the Penguin Random House book Video Game Storytelling. 

At USV, Mr. Skolnick spearheads the college’s innovative Game Writing concentration, which is the only program of its kind on the West Coast.
